台湾ラーメンはあまり辛く無く子供でも大丈夫レベル、味付けは標準的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の11時半過ぎに伺いました。ちょうど入れ違いに1名出て、中にはカップル1組、家族連れ4名いらっしゃいました。そのあとも2名のお客様が4組程いらっしゃいました。私は四川飯、妻は中華飯、孫はオムライスを注文、提供は早く中華飯は熱い熱いと食べていました。四川飯もそうですが、他の台湾ラーメン店の様にボリューム感は有りませんでしたが味は◎でした。ただ、何故がオムライスだけはボリューム満点、炒め系の飯物は大盛りなのでしょうか？鉄板焼きそばが気になり、次回は頂きたいとおもいます。
I arrived at 11:30 on Sunday. Just one person left out, one couple and four families. After that, there were about 4 pairs of 2 customers. I ordered Sichuan rice, my wife ordered Chinese rice, my grandson ordered omelet rice, and the food was served early and the Chinese rice was hot and hot. Like Sichuan rice, it didn't have the volume like other Taiwan ramen shops, but the taste was ◎. However, why is omelet rice only perfect for its volume, and is the stir-fry rice so big? I'm interested in Teppanyaki Yakisoba, so I would like to have it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 激辛チーズ麻婆豆腐が絶品でした！激辛ではなかったけどリピしたい味です。
海鮮おこげもあさりの出汁がめちゃくちゃ効いてました。
餃子はとても肉肉しいです。好みは分かれると思います。
普通のチャーハンを食べましたが、美味しかったです。次は台湾炒飯を食べてみたいです。
エビチリも海老がプリプリです。
ボリュームもあり、自分はお気に入りです。
The spicy cheese mapo tofu was excellent! It wasn't spicy but I want to try it again.
The soup stock of clams was also very effective for seafood rice cakes.
Gyoza is very meaty. I think there are different tastes.
I ate ordinary fried rice and it was delicious. Next time I would like to eat Taiwan fried rice.
Shrimp is also shrimp.
There is volume, and I like it.

駐車場は広く10台は停められます。
店内は広くて清潔な感じです。4人掛けの6人掛けのボックス席と座敷があります。
メニューは土曜日もランチがあり、ラーメンセットのチャーハンと豚骨台湾ラーメンを注文しました。ラーメンもチャーハンも単品で注文する物と同じ量でボリュームがあります。これが税抜き680円なのは個人的にお得感があると思います。
チャーハンはご飯がパラパラで塩味が濃いめなところが好みでした。ラーメンは細麺でそれほど辛くないのでおすすめです。
店内は禁煙、店員さんはマスク着用。アルコール消毒も置いてあるので安心できました。また利用したいです。
I visited for lunch on the last Saturday of February for the first time in a while.
The parking lot is large and 10 cars can be parked.
The inside of the store is spacious and clean. There are box seats and tatami mats for 6 people for 4 people.
The menu also had lunch on Saturday, and I ordered fried rice and pork bone Taiwan ramen from the ramen set. Both ramen and fried rice have the same amount and volume as those ordered separately. I personally think that this is 680 yen excluding tax, which is a good deal.
I liked the fried rice where the rice was fluffy and the salty taste was strong. Ramen is thin noodles and not so spicy, so I recommend it.
Smoking is prohibited inside the store, and the clerk wears a mask. Alcohol disinfection is also available, so I was relieved. I still want to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての台湾料理『台湾料理興旺飯店』オムライスと鉄板焼きそばとポテトフライと餃子を注文した。
ボリュームも有り、安いし、提供時間も早いが、なんか独特の味、オムライスは、チキンケチャップライスとは、違い台湾の特有の味で、チャーハン風に仕上げた上に卵を薄く焼いた物を被せてケチャップをかけてある。
上にカイワレが乗り卵の巻きシワが美味しそうには見える。
意外にも、鉄板焼きそばは、キャベツが細く切って有り、焼きそばの細麺と混ざり合いソースで味付けしてあって美味しい。
ぎょうざは、家庭で作った様な味です。
I ordered the first Taiwanese food "Taiwanese Cuisine Kobohanten" omelet rice, fried noodles on an iron plate, potato fries and dumplings.

Surprisingly, Teppan Yakisoba is delicious because the cabbage is cut into small pieces and mixed with the thin noodles of Yakisoba and seasoned with sauce.
Gyoza tastes like homemade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華料理の中に、オムライスがなぜかあり、すごく気になって、思わず頼んでしまいました。チキンライスに卵が、ふわっとのせてあるだけですが、真ん中あたりは卵が厚くなってました。やはり卵とチキンライスを一緒に食べると、美味しいです。チキンライスがかなりの量ですので。やはり卵で包んでほしいかな。鉄板焼きそばは見た目は、イマイチ美味しそうに見えなかったが、キャベツと麺がからんで、美味しくいただきました。
