★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here you can see the best view of funaya, Ine town. You can see a beautiful beach and amazing houses. This observatory opened for public people. You can good pictures with your friends and have lunch there if you want. There is a store around to get some souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This observation area is behind the roadside station and gives an excellent impression of Ine Bay with the 230 boat houses "funaya" down below. The bay is almost always tranquil, and with birds flying about offers some excellent photo opportunities. It is just a couple minute drive from the main town area, and I think it's worth stopping here before going down into the town to get an idea of what the whole area looks like. In the middle of the Bay is the uninhabited Aoshima island, which I heard is used for festivals and has a shrine on it. You are able to see this if you take a boat tour of the bay.
