ただ退去後に敷金以外で高額の原状復帰費用を請求され、根拠を尋ねても納得のいく説明はしてもらえず、非常に後味の悪い最後となりました。
I lived in a rental property managed here.
It was very helpful to have a quick response to equipment defects while moving in.
However, after moving out, I was charged a high cost to restore the original condition other than the deposit, and even if I asked the grounds, I could not get a convincing explanation, and it was a very bad end.
