蕁麻疹の相談で伺いました。 「蕁麻疹は原因不明が9割なので薬飲んどいてください」と言われ1分で診察終了。 お医者様からすれば、たかが蕁麻疹かもしれませんが、私達患者は不安を抱えて来ています。もう少し傾聴の姿勢があっても良いのではと思いました。 受付の方も早く仕事を済ませたいのか、クッション言葉が無く簡素な対応でした。 先にレビューを見てから予約すれば良かったです。次は別のところを受診します。

受診から1週間ほど経ちますが、薬が効かない。 アレルギー性の皮膚炎で伺い、女性医師の方に診てもらいました。 過去の診断、出された薬なども伝えましたが、処方されたのは全く違う効果の薄い軟膏。 前の病院で「効き目薄いようなので一段階強いものにしましょう」と診てもらったことのある自分には全く効かず、炎症も痒みも治らない。 症状出てから数日オロナインで凌いでいた間の方がよほど治りが早かったです。笑 当方が女性ということもあり、ヒルドイド目的の冷やかしだと勝手に判断されたんだろうな〜と思っています。 行った後にここの評価を見て苦笑いでした。 女性医師の方は態度は悪くありませんでしたが、確かに診断は1分程度でとても丁寧さは感じませんでした。早く次の人を診たそうで……笑 男性医師で予約し直そうと思っていましたが、他の方の書き込みを見て恐ろしくなったので2度と行きません。別の病院を探します。ありがとうございました。

突然肌が荒れてしまい仕事終わりに診てもらえる所を探しました。木曜の18:30以降だと空いているところが少なく口コミの悪さに不安を感じながら行きました。 確かに受付の方は愛想よく笑顔がという感じではありませんでしたが、テキパキ仕事しているなぁという印象でした。お会計も診察が終わって座るより前に呼ばれたのですぐ帰れました。 診察は若めの女医さんで、きちんと肌の状態を確認して、何か化粧水とか新しいの挑戦しました?と柔らかい物腰でお話ししてくださいました。診察は1分程でしたが過不足は無かったように感じます。 院内処方で、到着から薬をもらって出るまで20分ほどだったのもよかったです。

金曜日の夜にお腹と腕に火傷をしました。翌日土曜日診療しているこちらに診療をお願いしましたが、、評判通りの最悪な医者でした。看護師さんが軽く診てくれた後に医師が来ましたが、全く診てくれず、あ、火傷でしょ、薬塗っておいて!と、看護師に伝えただけで終了。どういった状況で火傷したかとか何も聞かず、広範囲の火傷の所も見ず、、、最低としか言いようがありません。美容目的の患者さんなら良いのかもしれませんが、こちらはおすすめ出来ません。医者って何なの?診察券すぐ捨てました

1度受診し、また違う症状で受診した際、かなり経っていたのに同じ症状だと決めつけ問診票も「どうされました?」の一言もなし。診察室に入るなり、「治った?同じ薬でいい?」との声。今回の件を伝えると患部もよく見ず早口で何か言い、患部の説明も薬の必要性の説明もなし。結局、今回の主訴とは違う以前の症状の薬のみ出され、今回の主訴を再び伝えたところ、「先生に確認します」と受付の方。しばらくして薬は出されましたが、文句を言ったからとりあえず出したというのではないかと不信感。患部の状況や薬がいる・いらないのならなぜ要らないのか、治すために気をつける事。そういった事を伺いたかったのに全くありません。そして患部が顔の中心部だったのに、目や鼻付近に使えない薬。確かに症状的には軽いもので、忙しい時間帯でしょうが、初めての症状だったので不安になり受診したのです。 遅くまでやっており重宝していましたが、今回の件で信用は無くなりました。今回の診断も信用出来ないので他のところに再受診する予定です。

受付の女性スタッフの態度はとても失礼でした。普通に質問したら、はい、いいえではなく、うん、そう、という返事で返ってきます。またクレジットカードを渡したら、扱いも乱暴でした。身分証明書と同等に個人の貴重品ですので丁寧に扱うのは常識です。 受付で目が一番大きく睫毛が付けられている女性スタッフです。偉いそうでしたね。 名札はなかったので、どなたかが言えないですが。 施術自体はよかったで、施術してくれた別の女性医師は説明もよく親切でしたのでとても残念です。 受付の態度はやっぱり口コミ通りだなと思いました。 結論、とても不快な思いをしました。
