中	中原の覇者 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり期待せずに入店しましたが、生パスタはあまり好みではないので通常の乾麺系のトマトソースパスタにしました。食べて驚きましたが、麺がフワもちで美味しかったです。また利用させて頂きます。 I entered the store without much expectation, I don't really like fresh pasta, so I chose regular dry noodle-based tomato sauce pasta. I was surprised to eat it, but the noodles were fluffy and delicious. I will use it again.

We ordered a seasonal limited edition autumn dolce set and pasta salad set. The melon and fresh pasta here are definitely mochi 2. The set dish is full with all-you-can-eat bread!

リ	リィ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/12/11の夜7時頃に来ましたが、今回は色々と不満が積もったので投稿させて頂きます。まず1つ目、注文するために店員さんを呼ばなければならないのですが、呼び出しベルがないので、なかなか声をかけられない。もし都合上設置できない環境ならば、なにか対策をするべき。そして2つ目、水･前菜のサラダ･パンバイキングの皿やフォーク＆スプーンをすぐに持ってこない。一般的なお店では水やフォーク＆スプーンは入店と同時に、遅くても注文後すぐに持ってきてくださいます。しかしこのお店は｢直ぐにお持ちしますね｣と言ってから一向に来ない。尋ねてみたところ、やはり忘れていたようで……。しかも他のテーブルのお客の席にもないのに店員さん誰一人と気づいていない。その席から｢〇〇がないです｣と言われて、その席だけのことしか対応しないです。そして3つ目、パンバイキングの周回回数が少ない。このお店はパン3つだけのセットと食べ放題の2種類が選べ、私は食べ放題を選びましたが.、およそパンの皿が来てから40分で周回回数が合計3回と非常に少ない為、5つ程しか食べられなくとても損でした。最後に全体的な印象として、みんな仕事ができない人です(初バイトの方でも酷すぎるレベル)。言われなきゃ分からない、そんなのではやっていけません。あちこちの席で「申し訳ございません」という謝罪の声が聞こえてきて、ほんとにこのお店は大丈夫なのかと……。このような対応なので、怒って店を出ていくお客もいました。パスタの味は悪くなので、もう少し接客方法を変えてみては？効率が悪すぎます。接客スタッフも3~4人いるので、決して少ない訳ではないと思います。 I came around 7 pm on 12/11/202, but this time I have a lot of dissatisfaction, so I will post it.
