★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず接客が最悪。入り口で待っていてもなかなか声をかけてもらえない。やっと案内されたらオーダーするまで１０分待たされた。メニューを閉じて待っているのに全然声かけがない。店員は別に忙しそうでもなかったが気が利かないの一言。オーダーしたらフィットチーネにしてくれと言ったのに出てきたのは通常のパスタ。サイゼリヤだったらこんなこともなく値段も安い。行く価値なし。

6人家族様が入って行かれた後に
私たち2人が、続けて入りました。
満員ではなかっです。
物々しい雰囲気が、漂ってたので
嫌な予感的中でした。
30分以上待った挙句、明太子パスタを注文したのにまさかの明太子は、入ってなく梅が入ってました。(しかも梅肉の破片)これにはびっくり。
確かに明太子と梅は、色が似ているのは分かります
私たちも鬼ではないので作り直しはいいですのでそれなりの値段に変更してくださいと申し出ました。
するとマイナス100円引きの梅パスタに変更になりました。
もっと何かお詫びがあっても良いかと思いました。
周りを見渡すとどの人も料理が提供されておらず
パスタはいつ来るんですか？来年ですか？とかなり怒られてました。
上の人との連携が取れていないお店だと思います。土日に行くのはオススメしません
シルバーやコップ等も汚れていてあまりいい気がしませんでした。どうしてしまったのでしょうか。もう行きません。
学生のバイトの方の接客は良かったです。
そこだけです良い所は。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ユーカリが丘のイオンタウンの中に入っているサンマルク系列のパスタチェーンです。
ランチで伺いましたが、土日ということもあって結構な混み具合。
色々と慣れていなそうな若いアルバイトの対応の微妙さは目につきましたが、パスタはそれなりに美味しくいただきました。
ウニクリームソース系のパスタに生うにがちょっとでも乗っているとテンション上がりますよね。
サンマルク系列なだけあって、パンがおかわり自由にできたり、焼きたてのパンが食べれたりするのはパン好きな人には嬉しいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【禁煙】ご存知、生麺の鎌倉パスタ。個人的には、どうも生麺がもたれてしまって今一つ、喰うのに勇気がいる。個人の都合は置いといて、さすが生麺はモチモチの食感は抜群。鎌倉パスタはチェーン店に有りがちな店間格差はあまり感じず何を注文しても裏切らない味わいだと思う。今回はボロネーゼを食してみたが濃厚なミートソースの味は抜群だ。鎌倉パスタはパン(店によってはフォカッチャ)食べ放題が頼めるが残念ながら、パンは喰いきれないほど旨くはない。普通の胃袋の大きさの人ならパン3個セットで充分だ。この店のドリンクバーにはコーラやソーダと言ったいわゆる『ソフトドリンク』がないのは残念だ。ジュースは旨いが、特に子どもは炭酸飲料が飲みたいだろう。

と言うか、遅いどころか選び終わったメニューを端に置いといても横を何度も素通りされ一向に注文をとりにこないです。店内は空席が目立つ程ガラガラで、忙しさは見受けられませんでした。15分程待ってコチラから呼び止めてやっと注文にありつけた感じです。
目配り気配りなし。食事は美味しいのに接客が悪すぎて残念の一言。休憩時間等サクッと食べたい方は気をつけて下さい。唯一、バイトの若い男性の方の接客は良かったのでその対応に星をつけます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度お店に入りまして座席に座るまでしたのですが、自分が入るべきお店ではないことに気付き、店員さんにご免なさいしたら店員さんもご免なさいと言ってました。こちらが悪いのだからかえって気を遣わせてわるかったです。コロナのせいで手間もかかるのに。
メニューを見たところ、セットが豊富でカップル?❤️?向きのお店ではとおよいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの誕生日で割引きハガキが来たので、プレミアムコース(2000円くらい)利用しました。
生パスタ、前菜、スープ、サイドメニュー(パンの食べ放題)、デザート、ソフトドリンクが付いてます。
ここのパンはサーブしてくれる形式の食べ放題で、利用客は少ないながらも高い頻度でパンのおかわりを持ってきてくれました。
パスタはほとんどのメニューから選べるので、お得だと思います。
