（仙台にはネパール料理を出すところは他にもありますが、インドカレーのサイドメニューとして出していたり、ネパール人しかお客さんのいなようなお店しかなかった）
メニューはオーソドックスなネパール料理を一通り取りそろえていました。内容はカトマンズ近辺に住むネワール族の料理が中心。
ランチは近辺の日本人がターゲットなのかなと思いますが、ディナーは完全に仙台近郊のネパール人のお客さんを想定したメニュー構成。
ネパールの味をそのまま楽しめるかと思います。
なお、店員さんは日本語は問題なくできそうだったので、日本人だけで行っても困ることはないかと思います。
 This is the first restaurant specializing in Nepalese food in the Miyagi area.
(There are other places that serve Nepalese food in Sendai, but they serve as Indian curry side menus, and there were only restaurants where only Nepalese would like.)
The menu was a complete selection of orthodox Nepalese dishes. The content is mainly from the Newar people who live near Kathmandu.
I think that Japanese people in the neighborhood are the target for lunch, but the dinner is designed for Nepalese customers in the Sendai suburbs.
I think you can enjoy the taste of Nepal as it is.
The clerk seemed to be able to speak Japanese without any problems, so I think it would be a problem if only Japanese people go there.

カレー屋さんではありません。
ネパール料理の専門店です。
宮城県では初のネパール専門料理店だそうです。
日本人の舌に合わせる味付けではなく完全にネパールの味だそうです。
スパイス系の辛味やパクチーが好きな方には満足度の高いお店だと思います。
また、初見殺しの店だと思いましたw
メニューが完全にネパール英語なので写真で判断するしかありませんw
でも店員さんもフレンドリーなので
そこそこの日本語ですが食べ方や味など聞けば教えてくれます。
ランチプレートのようなメニューは千円以上と少し高く感じるかもしれませんがかなり量があります。
満足度は半端ないです。
一品料理はかなり安く感じました
チャタマリというネパール風お好み焼きとでも言いましょうか。
かなり美味しくて酒のつまみに最高です。
かなり独特な味の店ですがハマれば中毒です。
あとネパールアイスというビールが美味しいです。
自分の感想としては星5ですが
万人受けする店ではないと思うので星4で失礼します。

カレーは温い。ネパールでは温めずに食べるんでしょうか？
米はパラパラのインディカ米を使っていて好印象。
メニューはネパール語のみなんで写真から判断するしかないが、ちゃんと説明はしてくれる。

おすすめセットの一つ「THAKALI KHANA SET」を注文。見た目のインパクトが半端ないです（^^） 真ん中に細長いインド米のご飯があり、その上にはパパド、その周りを囲むようにおかずが置いてあります。店長から食べ方を聞きながら食べましたが、まず初めにほんの数粒を自分のプレートの奥に置きます。自分が食べる前に神様に食べてもらう儀式のようです（間違っていたらすいません?） その後、ヨーグルトの手前にある銀色の小さな器に入っている「ギー」をご飯にかけます。そしてヨーグルトの奥、赤色のマトンスープカレーやその隣の豆のスープをご飯にかけ、混ぜながら食べます。
本場では手で食べるそうですが、今回はスプーンで食べました。
マトンスープカレーかなり美味いです（^^） ご飯が進みます。
豆のスープは薄めで優しい味って感じです。
途中途中で周りにあるアチャルなどおかずを食べます。トマトの辛い調味料やすっぱい漬物など日本の味付けとは本当に違いますね。
最後にヨーグルトを食べて終了です。ご飯が足りない場合はおかわりも無料できるようです。
個人的にはかなり美味しくいただけました! 次回は葉っぱのお皿に盛り付けされている、さらに本場感満載の「NEWARI KHAJA SET」にチャレンジしてみたいと思います（^^）
I went to the authentic Nepalese restaurant Kalash.
I ordered "THAKALI KHANA SET", one of the recommended sets. There is no odd impact on appearance (^ ^) In the middle there is a long and narrow Indian rice, on top of which there is a padado and side dishes surrounding it. I ate it while listening to how to eat it from the store manager, but first of all I put only a few grains in the back of my plate. It's like a ritual that God eats before I eat it (I'm sorry if I'm wrong ?) After that, put the ghee in a small silver bowl in front of the yogurt over rice. Then, sprinkle the red mutton soup curry and the bean soup next to it in the back of the yogurt over rice and mix and eat.
It seems to be eaten by hand at home, but this time I ate it with a spoon.
Mutton soup curry is pretty good (^^) The rice goes on.
Bean soup is thin and has a gentle taste.
On the way, I eat side dishes such as Achal around. It's really different from Japanese seasoning such as spicy tomato seasoning and sour pickles.
Finally, eat yogurt to finish. If you don't have enough rice, you can get a free refill.
Personally, it was delicious! Next time, I would like to try "NEW ARI KHAJA SET" which is full of authenticity, which is served on a leaf plate (^^)

ランチのダルバートタルカリセット？を頼みました。
店員さんが何となくどういうものかは教えてくれました。
ライスはインド米でおかわり自由です。
左上は豆のスープで薄味ですが、不味くはないですね。中央上はマトンカレーで、この中で一番おいしい味でした。辛さはそうでもないです。
下にはおかずが色々あり、オレンジ色のペーストは激辛でした……
本場では右手を使って食べるようですが、箸とスプーンの用意があるので心配はご無用です。
値段は高めですが、他国の食文化に思いを馳せながら頂けるので満足感がありますね。
