末広町駅徒歩2分。平日12時半頃訪問。
白いオフィスビルの右手階段を上がった2階部分にお店がある。
ここは天津出身の知り合いがよく行っていたお店で本場の味が楽しめる。
今回は鶏肉米線780円の麻婆丼セット100円を注文。
スタッフ・お客さん双方から中国語が飛び交う店内はテーブル席10席程度。この内半分程度は4人席で結構ゆとりがある配置。
あまり待たずに着丼。
鶏油が浮かぶキラキラした柔らかい黄金色のスープにほぐした鶏肉と白い米線。見ているだけで美味そう。早速いただく。
米の麺である米線はシッカリとしたコシがある食感でモチモチした弾力さらにツルッとしている。鶏ダシが良く効いたスープは塩気＋濃厚ながらも上品な味わいで飲みやすい。とってもうまい。
これが780円っていうのは本当にコスパが良い。
麻婆丼は辛めの味付け。こっちの方は普通な味。
鶏肉米線は大満足。また食べにこよう。
会計はPayPayが利用可能。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all the food was excellent and at surprisingly low prices. Go with the all you eat 2480yen option, totally worth it.
Service was good without being cloying, they are a bit understaffed but the staff that they have was pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious cross bridge noodle soup. Probably one of the best I have tried in the world. The noodle itself is made from Japanese sticky rice, so it is very good and chewy. The soup doesn't contain MSG, at least I don't taste it. I will go back again. A bit pricey. They take credit cards.
这里的过桥米线很好吃。可以与昆明的媲美。
