う	うすしお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパービューティーでいい口コミを書かないと通えないサロンみたいです。たまたま行ったときに大声を出してるスタッフがいたのでそれを口コミで書いたところ次の予約を勝手にキャンセルされ、電話で問い合わせたらもう来ないでほしいと言われました。売り上げが落ちた、この口コミのせいでキャンセルがたくさん出た、新人がビクビクしているなどと全て私のせいにされ逆ギレされました。指摘した口コミを書いてすみませんと何度も謝らせるような態度でとても威圧的でした。コロナ禍なのに大声出してる方がヤバい。しかもびっくりして飛び起きる程の。オープンからずっと来てる大切なお客様なのでと、こちらも客なのにまた行き始めたのかが最近だからか贔屓して客を選んでるようでした。不具合で何度か電話が切れてしまったので、それはこちらが悪いのでごめんなさいと謝ったら「切ったんですか？切りましたよね？」と少し笑いながら高圧的に何度も責め立てられました。相手が勝手に勘違いして怒ってましたが、それに対して謝りもせず、口コミを書いた此方が一方的に責められました。口コミで指摘すると態度が豹変し、私の口コミだけお店からの返信がないので誰が見てもすぐわかると思います。喋らないでといってるわけではなく、ボリュームを抑えて欲しかっただけでした。通われたい方は星5でいい口コミを書いた方がいいと思います。 It's like a salon that you can't go to unless you write a good review with Hot Pepper Beauty.
