★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to like this place. The ambience is good. Vending machine to order and you give a ticket to the kitchen. Servings are huge. But the food was disappointing. The katsudon which is a dish I love did not have a taste but bland and floury. the soba soup was bland and the noodles very starchy. I tried my best to eat more but I couldn’t. I think it was bad timing? This is my honest review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place had us leaving full and satisfied with the flavours of their simple menu, no wonder we spotted a couple of sumo wrestlers eating here! It has a humble set up with English directions that can assist non-Japanese speaking customers. We guessed our orders from the pictures of the menu but weren't disappointed.
