As you can not take home the cake on the Shinkansen I bought cream puffs and baked goods. Everything was very delicious! I liked it as much as I wanted to be close!

The sweet and sour peach cream and thick whipped cream were sprinkled on the sponge and it was delicious. There are many other classic cakes.
は	はるのゆいたろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「ガトーやまだ」は角館駅からは目と鼻の先にありますが角館の武家屋敷からは距離があります。元々は和菓子からスタートしたような雰囲気ですが今ではケーキがメインなようです。ベタっぽく見えますが味はしっかりとしています。 "Gato Yamada" is just a stone's throw from Kakunodate Station, but it is far from the samurai residence in Kakunodate. Originally it seems that it started with Japanese sweets, but now it seems that cakes are the main thing. It looks sticky, but the taste is solid.
