★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年3月に、30歳ぐらいの女性の書記官が条文に書いていない事を勝手に付加し、申立権を害する運用をした。法の趣旨を害する運用をすることは立法権に対する侵害であり書記官の権限を逸脱する行為である。このような書記官がいるようでは、国民の司法サービスへのアクセスが害されてしまう。このような書記官は辞めて頂きたい。
