分からないから聞いているのに、書類は全部渡してるはずですよっていう返事。何のための相談なのでしょうか。たずねても馬鹿にしたように笑われて傷つきました。何度も聞いては説明が面倒だから駄目なのでしょうか。対応は相談にのってあげてるという印象が拭えず、求職活動を頑張ろうとする人には応援されるどころかモラハラ的な精神的負担を強いられるため、もう相談に行きたくないです。相談員の方は頼られるお仕事だと思うので、自分が偉いと勘違いして横柄な態度になってしまうのでしょうか。言葉を丁寧にしていても相手には伝わりますよ。最後にまた何時でも相談に来てくださいという言葉は嘘で、自分の仕事のために失業者からの相談枠をゲットしたいだけなのかもしれないと思いました。
