W	WaD Osaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阪急グランドビルは、阪急梅田駅の旧駅の東側に１９７７年（昭和５２年）６月に開業した大規模商業ビルです。元々の立地が非常に良くて、阪急梅田駅はもちろんですが、ＪＲ西日本の大阪駅、北新地駅、阪神梅田駅、Osaka Metro 御堂筋線梅田駅、谷町線東梅田駅、四ツ橋線西梅田駅からも徒歩圏内で、雨の日は地下街を通って雨に濡れることなく、行き来することが出来ます。テナントには、大阪わかものハローワークや外国人向けハローワーク、阪急阪神グループの事務所、金融機関、医療機関、飲食店、一般企業事務所、区分オフィスなど、さまざまなものが入っています。 Hankyu Grand Building is a large-scale commercial building that opened in June 1977 (Showa 52) on the east side of the old Hankyu Umeda station.
