その方は、鈑金修理の説明をし、お金をかければ仕上がりは良いが、お金をかけたくないのであれば、それなりの仕上がりなるようなかんじで、上からものを言う調子でした。
説明を受けてる間、非常に不愉快な想いをしました。
カーコンビニ倶楽部を冠して営業してるから、ある程度の接客力はあるかと思ってましたのに、残念でした。
