★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図書館の2階には自習スペースがあり、市内市外の方問わず利用できます。利用手続きは必要なく席数も多いので集中して勉強するのにはオススメです。それでも、土日休日は混雑しますので確実に席を確保するなら開館時間に合わせていくことをお勧めします。冷水機があれば完璧でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場1時間無料、コロナ禍にも負けず開いてる、感染対策よし、一度に10冊借りられる、という点で姫路より優秀。本の品揃えも良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響で図書館も利用者が現在少ないけど本好きな方はゆっくりと窓際に座り時を過ごしています、毎月新刊が多数入って来て読みたい本があれば楽しみですが皆さんも考えが一緒なのか直ぐには手に入りません 予約待ちですが楽しみです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレが汚い。相変わらず和式トイレ中心で洋式トイレが一つしかない。床はベタベタ。あんなトイレには入る気がしない。また、図書館員の態度も今どきのレペルからすると横柄。利用者第一の姿勢が全くない。今どきこんな図書館には人は集まらない。蔵書数は地域第一の多さなので目当ての本がここしかない場合は仕方なく借りる程度で、他の図書館に同じ本があれば他の図書館を利用するだろう。まったく宝の持ち腐れである。
The toilet is dirty. As usual, there is only one Western-style toilet, mainly Japanese-style toilets. The floor is sticky. I don't feel like going to such a toilet. Also, the attitude of librarians is arrogant from the perspective of modern Lepel. There is no user-first attitude. People don't gather in such a library these days. Since the number of books in the library is the largest in the area, if the book you are looking for is only here, you can only borrow it, and if the same book is in another library, you will use another library. It's a treasure trove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運動不足解消のため散歩していますが自宅から往復で散歩して休憩出来るのでお気に入りポイントです。ネットで予約も出来るので便利です。

本棚もゆったりとした配置になっていて、ゆっくり本を探すことができます。
学習室がありますが、定員を超える場合は抽選になっています。
抽選は、9時50分までに図書館入り口南側に並んで、抽選の整理券を受け取ります。その後、抽選後に指定された座席を利用する形になっています。

The bookshelf is also spacious so you can search for books slowly.
There is a study room, but if it exceeds the capacity, it will be a lottery.
The lottery will be lined up on the south side of the library entrance by 9:50 and you will receive a numbered ticket for the lottery. After that, the seats designated after the lottery will be used.

図書館の周りが広い公園になっているので、お子さん連れの方も多いです。
アーチをかいた大きなガラス窓に沿ってソファがあり、冬だと気持ちよく本を読めます。
蔵書も珍しいものが多く、飽きません。
駅からちょっと遠いけれど、オススメです。

席数は40席ですが、学習室が使えます。wifiも使える無料で勉強ができる貴重な場所です。
駐車場は加古川総合文化センター立体駐車場が使え、最初の1時間は無料、1時間を超えると1時間ごとに100円で停めれます。
