 It's refreshing to see the scenery when you climb to the top for exercise from about 10 am on Saturday or Sunday in a week.

ただし、普段運動していない大人は注意が必要。翌日筋肉痛必至です。
ちなみにうちは幼稚園年長よりも奥さんがへばってました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高御位山の成井登山口です。
頂上までずっと階段が続きます。ゆっくり休憩しながら登りましょう。所々、ベンチも有ります。
雨降ったあとや冬は足元が滑りやすいので、スニーカーは注意して下さいね。
ゆっくり歩いて30分で頂上です。
This is the Narui trailhead of Takamikurayama.
The stairs continue all the way to the top. Let's climb while taking a leisurely break. There are benches here and there.
Be careful with sneakers as your feet are slippery after rain or in winter.
It takes 30 minutes to walk slowly to the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 専用駐車場があり一杯になったら、下に地域の人の好意で駐車場があります。
よく整備された階段状の登山道と横に獣道の称する登山道があります。
今、ササユリが咲いています。
When the private parking lot is full, there is a parking lot below, courtesy of the locals.
There is a well-maintained stepped mountain trail and a mountain trail called Beast Road next to it.
Sasayuri is in bloom now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頂上まで約1000メートル階段が続きます。
小学校低学年と幼稚園の子供たちと登ってきました。
だいたい40分ぐらいで頂上にいけます。
頂上の景色は絶景です。
カップラーメンでも持って頂上でたべると最高です。
駐車場もありますので登山口まで車でいけます。
The staircase continues for about 1000 meters to the top.
Climbing with elementary school lower grades and kindergarten children.
You can get to the top in about 40 minutes.
The top view is superb.
It is best to have even cup ramen and eat at the top.
There is also a parking lot so you can drive to the trailhead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらからのルートは神社の参道ということもあり、基本階段なのでハイキングコースとしては少し味気ないです。
山頂からの眺めはとても良いです。
夜間は街灯が点いており、遠方からも参道の位置が分かります。
The route from here is the approach to the shrine, so it's a basic staircase, so it's a bit dull as a hiking course.
The view from the top of the mountain is very good.
The streetlights are on at night, so you can see the location of the approach from a distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 加古川の名山、高御位山の登山口です。
10台程度分の駐車場があります（トイレ有）。
高御位山の山頂に行くルートはいくつかありますが、ここから登るのが断然お勧めです。
山頂まで足場の悪い岩場などはなく、ほぼ石段を中心とした階段で、たいへんよく整備されていて登りやすいです。とはいえ軽登山程度の装備が望ましいでしょう。
苦労して登った先には、絶景が待っています！
It is the starting point for Takamikurayama, a famous mountain in Kakogawa.
There is a parking lot for about 10 cars (with toilet).
There are several routes to the summit of Mt. Takamikura, but it is definitely recommended to climb from here.
There are no rocky areas with poor footing to the top of the mountain, and the stairs are mostly stone steps, which are very well maintained and easy to climb. However, it is desirable to have equipment for light mountain climbing.
A spectacular view awaits you after struggling to climb!
