M	Mo Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【美味しい町のトンカツ屋さん/バランス良いとんかつ/付け合わせの漬物が美味しい】 ?お料理についてお昼に伺い、とんかつをいただきました。とてもボリュームがあり、衣がサクサクしていて美味しかったです。お味噌汁はメニュー表には豚汁と書いてありましたが、ほとんど具がなかったので、お味噌汁に変わったのかな...と思いました。 ?内装について油を使うお料理なので仕方ないと思いますが、壁紙など、経年劣化もありやや傷みを感じるようなところがありました。また物凄く細かいですが、カウンターの上に置かれてる細かい小物の油汚れが気になりました。 ?接客についてご夫婦で営まれていると思いますが、お二方ともとても気持ちの良い接客をしてくださいました。 ?その他おそらく昼間はカードは使えないと思われます。 [Tonkatsu restaurant in a delicious town / well-balanced pork cutlet / garnish pickles are delicious] ? J	Jaime Villasana Dávila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sabor y consistencia del tonkatsu, que es cerdo empanizado a la japonesa. Muy similar al que cocinamos en México y LatAm. La clave también está en el cerdo y como es cocinado y este es muy suave. La salsa (botellita) es deliciosa y es especial para el tonkatsu. Supongo la hacen en el restaurante, el cual por cierto es pequeño pero muy acogedor. Una pena que por COVID tenemos que ordenar “para llevar”, cómo se puede ver en las fotos, pero ya comeremos ahí pronto. Termino con la sopa, es de miso pero no es muy fuerte y sospecho la hacen con caldo del cerdo que cocinan para el tonkatsu. Los dueños (señor y señora) son muy amables. En suma, muy recomendable el tonkatsu. Excellent flavor and consistency of tonkatsu, which is Japanese-style breaded pork. Very similar to the one we cook in Mexico and LatAm. The key is also in the pork and how it is cooked and it is very soft. The sauce (bottle) is delicious and is special for tonkatsu. I suppose they do it in the restaurant, which by the way is small but very cozy. A pity that due to COVID we have to order "to go", as you can see in the photos, but we will eat there soon. I finish with the soup, it is miso but it is not very strong and I suspect they make it with pork broth that they cook for tonkatsu. The owners (sir and madam) are very friendly. In short, the tonkatsu is highly recommended.
S	Stephanie Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸豬排好吃，不會太柴或者難嚼，我點ヒレ(腰內肉)，很軟、炸得非常酥脆好吃，朋友點ロース（里肌)也不錯，主要是油花比較多！這間的調味料也有提供很多種類選擇：黃芥末/黑胡椒/玫瑰鹽/豬排醬都有！白飯蠻大碗的，女生可能要自己要求少量點，比較可以吃得完 The fried pork chop is delicious, not too woody or chewy. I ordered ヒレ (loin meat), which is very soft and very crispy and delicious. My friend ordered ロース (inner muscle), which is also good, mainly because there are more oily flowers! There are also many choices of seasonings in this restaurant: yellow mustard/black pepper/rose salt/pork chop sauce! The bowl of white rice is quite large, and girls may ask for a small amount by themselves, so that they can eat it all.
