2021/10/08 Was there any unbalanced roadside station? I didn't spend much time because of the restroom break, but I felt that it was a little inaccessible compared to the roadside station that I always stop by somewhere. The park behind the roadside station was completely decayed and I lost the feeling of putting it on. The information center in the parking lot is a brand new and convincing building.

Toilets and souvenirs are separate buildings. There are many types of souvenirs. I had a free PCR test in the building between the toilet and the souvenir.

I stopped by on the way to see Kisuki and Hiikawa embankment cherry blossom trees on a motorcycle solo touring. The cherry blossoms here were also beautiful, so I enjoyed the cherry blossoms here as well while drinking coffee to warm my cold and bitten hands.

The souvenir hall and the crop section were in a separate building. I visited in a snowstorm so I didn't put much vegetables (^ _ ^;) However, I bought some very strong radishes and local vegetables. The vegetables were fresh and very sweet and delicious. On the day I visited, Izumo soba was served at the store and it was cold, so I had Kamaage udon Izumo soba. Very sweet (* ´ω ｀ *) delicious ? There are various theories, "Birthplace of Road Station" And it's very attractive. Originally, it was a drive-in place, and there was a plan to make it a depopulated regional base. About 5 minutes by car from the roadside station, there is the birthplace of former Prime Minister Noboru Takeshita. Former Prime Minister Takeshita seems to have spent 100 million yen on the hometown creation project of the liver. From the side of National Highway No. 54 (front), it looks like a roadside station that has deteriorated and lacks the charm that is essential for renewal, but it is actually a very attractive roadside station. ◎ The opposite lane of Route 54 is a group of horsetails. Moreover, there is no culture of eating horsetail in this area, so you can take as much as you want. ★ There is a Suikinkutsu next to the information station "Station Bell" on the premises. ★ The WC is beautiful no matter when you stop by. ◎ I know the value of firewood. Conifers are easy to ignite and have poor fire retention. Hardwoods are hard to ignite, but they last a long time. Selling broad-leaved wood for 500 yen and coniferous wood for 150 yen (conscientious) For those who bonfire at camps and those who burn winter wood-burning stoves, memo memo ❗ ◎ There is a direct market on the premises of the roadside station. ◎ There is a regional exchange hall on the right side of the roadside station. (Now closed) ★ If you go to the back from the side of the regional exchange hall, you will find a green park. The grass is planted and it is fluffy when you walk. There are children's playsets such as slides and swings, bat bat golf courses, and a statue of former Prime Minister Takeshita. Great for a picnic. ◎ In the back of the park, the Mitoya River flows, and when the amount of water is large, there are enough bumps to make an acrobatics kayak, and when the amount of water is small, the sound of murmuring will heal your heart. I wish I had a small campsite.
