★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 散歩の時には見かけ、以前から気になっていたお寿司屋さん。
10日前に予約して、連れとランチに伺いました。
ランチは、大将ではなく、お弟子さんが一人で切り盛りしていました。
従って、12席ありましたが、予約は６名で留めて置いたようです。
お任せで握っていただきました。
マコカレイ、アオリイカ、甘海老、白魚、ゲソ、金目鯛の炙り、カツオ、シメ鯖、アナゴの順でした。赤酢を使ったシャリは小さめです。お酢がやや立ったシャリで、トロなどの脂の乗ったネタに合うタイプです。
印象に残った握りは、カツオ、金目鯛の炙り、穴子です。特にカツオは絶品でした。カツオの握りは好んで頼むことはないのですが、4日間熟成されたカツオはトロのように口の中で溶ろけてしまいました。初めてカツオの握りを美味しいと感じました。同様に脂の乗った金目鯛もお酢の立ったシャリによく合いました。
お任せの後に、カツオと中トロを追加し、二人で8,200円。満足しました。

The order was mackerel flounder, blue squid, sweet prawn, white fish, gesso, broiled red snapper, skipjack, mackerel, and eel. Shari using red vinegar is small. It is a type of vinegar that is slightly standing and fits on toppings that contain fat, such as Toro.
The grips that left an impression were bonito, seared bream, and conger eel. Especially the bonito was excellent. I don't like to ask for a handful of skipjack, but the skipjack aged for 4 days melted in my mouth like a toro. For the first time, I felt the handful of bonito was delicious. Similarly, the fatty sea bream also matched well with the vinegared rice.
After leaving it to you, add bonito and Nakatoro for 8200 yen for two people. I was satisfied.

9貫と卵と汁が付いて、1人2500円でした。
すべて、醤油や、煮切りなどを塗り味が付いてます。
江戸前の仕事？だと思います。
最初に白イカを出してくれて、とても美味しかったですし、
イカのエンペラは柚子胡椒風味で、柔らかかったです。
イカは間違いないかも！！
アナゴは口の中でとろけました！！
コスパはすごく高いと思います。
男性には量は少なめかと、、、
ただ、たまたまかもしれませんが、お一人でされていたので、少しテンポが遅めかな？と思います。
お弟子さんなどがいると、予約が取りやすくなるのになーとおもいまひた。

お洒落な根津のお寿司屋さん?
根津神社、旧岩崎邸庭園の根津散策の際に寄りました。土地勘のない根津初心者でしたが迷わず根津駅から辿り着けました(^^)
暖簾をくぐりガラッと扉を開けると清潔でシックな店内。これは期待できる！と、直感。
お任せコースでお値段気にせず気楽にランチを堪能。
江戸前鮨を美味しく美味しくいただきました！

Fashionable Nezu sushi restaurant ?
I stopped by when I took a walk around Nezu Shrine and the former Iwasaki House Garden. I was a beginner in Nezu who didn't know the land, but I arrived from Nezu station without hesitation (^^)
When you pass through the curtain and open the door, you will find a clean and chic interior. This can be expected! And intuition.
Enjoy lunch comfortably without worrying about the price on the entrusted course.
Edomae sushi was delicious!
