The Prawn This prawn was by far one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. It was on the same level of flavor complexity and richness as cut of A5. The O-Toro The quality of the fish was impeccable. Some of the fattiest O-Toro I have eaten. Mind meltingly good. The Uni Pure umami flavor fresh from the sea. Excellent quality. The Scallop Something I'm most picky about. Scallops tend to be too soft and mushy. This scallop had the perfect amount of firmness, great texture and a wonderful flavor array. The Roe Excellent flavor. Nothing out of the ordinary. The Rice The rice is a very important staple of sushi cuisine. The rice was cooked to perfection and had the right amount of vinegar. All the sushi came with the wasabi and soy sauce already applied, so the ratio was to the chef's choice. The Service Charming staff. They were polite and the service was fast. My new favorite sushi restaurant of all time!
