あ	あよ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 菓人という店名が付けられたくるみのケーキがとても美味しいです。ほどよい塩加減が後をひきます。こぶりですが、ていねいな作りで満足感があります。生クリームは47％のものを使用しているとお店で伺いました。（プリンは43だそうです）小さなお店で派手さはありませんが、どのケーキもごまかしのないまじめな味で、安心していただけます。見た目がゴージャスなものが大好きでつい惹かれてしまいますが、「菓人」だけは、華やかでも凝った作りでもありませんが、いつまでも食べ続けたいケーキです。人生最後に、もし一つだけケーキを食べるのなら「菓人」を選ぶと思います。 The walnut cake with the confectioner's name is very delicious.
