★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チョコレートとピスタチオクリームのケーキを食べましたが、とてもおいしかったです。クッキー類も豊富で、駅から少し遠いのですがまた行ってみたいと思いました。

本日チョコレートケーキを2個購入
この時期で猛暑日も重なり、当然ドライアイスか保冷剤的な物が入っているものと思い、家に着いたら入ってなかった！生クリーム的な物だったら数分と持たないだろうと思う、何とか溶けずに良かったものの、保冷剤が入っているものと思い購入後買い物等して帰宅してたらOUTだったと思います。
料金が発生するなら購入時、聞くべきであろうと、思います。客への対応が信じられなかった！二度と購入しません！

チョコレートケーキを購入大人5人 子供2人でちょうど良かったです。初めてチョコレートケーキを購入しましたがやはり美味しかったです！！
保冷剤を入れてくれたりロウソクを付けてくれたりと 店主もとても優しい方なのでオススメです。

誕生日前日にケーキを予約し、当日の受け取り時間を少し過ぎてからお店に行ったのですが、「プレートに名前を書きますので、少しお待ち下さい。」と言われ、店内で待たされる。ケーキは準備できているのかと思いきや、ショーケースに並んでいたホールケーキを厨房へ持っていき、その上に名前を入れたプレートをのせ渡された。
まず、前日に予約をしているにもかかわらず、いつから並んでいるか分からないショーケースの中のホールケーキを提供されたこと、準備ができていなかったにも関わらず、謝罪の言葉もなく、何事もなかったかのように客を待たせて作業をすること、プロとしての自覚が無さすぎてがっかりです。準備できていなかったのなら、まず謝罪し、ショーケースの中のケーキでも良いかお客様に確認する必要があると思います。前日にケーキを予約しに行った意味が感じられず、誕生日当日に嫌な思い出が残りました。もう二度と行かないと思います。

If you're not ready, you'll need to apologize first and ask the customer if the cake in the showcase is okay. I couldn't feel the meaning of going to book the cake the day before, and I had unpleasant memories on the day of my birthday. I don't think I'll go there again.

涼しい日だったから？持ち歩き時間を聞かれず保冷剤が入っていませんでした。

このクオリティーならコンビニケーキの方が遥かにレベル高くて美味しいです。
値段もコンビニの方がお手頃だし。
