一色屋さんのおせんべいはどれもおいしく、お値打ちですが、5袋(５種類)セットで￥1000(税抜)のがオススメです。
ほとんどが試食できるので、食べてみて気に入ったおせんべいを買えるのも良いです。
(普段用のほかに贈答用もあります。)

愛知県では有名な海鮮おせんべい屋さんです。
お土産物用にも自分用にも購入するお店です。
価格はリーズナブルなので、色々な種類が購入できると思います。
またこちらのオープンキッチンで製造されている「いかの姿焼」ですが、是非に食べてほしい一品です。
出来立てホヤホヤを食べるとやみつきになります。
お好みによりますが、マヨネーズをつけて食べてみて下さい。

焼きたてが一番ですが、持って帰ってちょっと炙っても美味しいので必ず買って帰ります。
いかの姿焼きを売っている店が２店舗あるのでどちらで買うか悩みそうですがほぼ同じ味だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラグーナの中に入っている蒲郡では有名なえびせん屋さんです。種類も多く、値段も手軽、試食もいくつか出来ます。ポピュラーなえびせんももちろん美味しいですが、ニンニク入りのチップスが個人的にとてもオススメです。後ひく美味しさでまた機会あれば利用をします！
It is a famous shrimp shop in Gamagori which is inside Laguna. There are many kinds, the price is easy, and you can do some tasting. Of course, the popular shrimp is also delicious, but the garlic-containing chips are highly recommended personally. I will use it again if I have the opportunity to taste it later!

イカの姿焼きを頼むとその場ですぐ焼いてくれる。5分程。その間、えびせんべいを選んでいると丁度良い時間。待ちもなかったので早い。食べやすい様に、カットも頼める。店員さんがカットするか聞いてくれる。噛見応え有り、焼きたてだから、ソフトな感じ。
えびせんべいは、試食もほぼ全部出来る。3袋選んで1080円とお得。小分けの110円からのせんべいも有り。お土産に最適。
店員さんも中にいたのをわざわざ説明する為に出てきてくれた。どの方も感じが良い。
クレジットカード、交通IC、QUICPayか使える。

テイクアウトできるものもあります。
他にも干物や果物やエビせんべいやらいろいろあって見てるだけで楽しいです。
鯵の干物（北海道産？）を購入して帰りましたが、大きくて塩気があまり強くなくおいしかったです。

そんなお品がラグーナフェスティバルマーケット内にあります。一色屋さんの海老せんべいも良いけれど、目の前にて焼いてくれる、いかの姿焼きは試食もできます。そのままでも良し冷えたら焼き直す、美味しい珍味ですよ
