Kaitenmangu Shrine is located adjacent to the Kannonike Pond, east of the World Heritage Site Yakushiji Temple. Sangensha gabled copper plate thatched roof with a three-storied door on the front and two pillars on the back. It is believed to be a building from the early Edo period. There is a theory that Kasuga Taisha Setsusha and the former main shrine of Kii Shrine have been relocated. ぱ	ぱたりろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんな所に神社が。写真に撮っておいたのですが、近くのメジャースポットの薬師寺が改装中で界隈を歩いている時に。詳しい事はよく解りませんが簡素な造りで江戸時代前期のものということです。今も例祭は行われているようですが、その時は大阪から神官を迎えて行われ、通常も当番制で関係者により神社の世話はなされているらしい。天満宮と言う事で祭神は菅原道真公でしょう。西の京の昔の地元の雰囲気を残した小さな神社です。 A shrine is in such a place.
