ぶつかっても無言、料理出す時も無言。
挙句の果てにレモンサワーを頼むとハイボールとレモンサワーが混ざっている物(明らかに先ほどのレモンサワーと色が違う)を出され、確認を取るもレモンサワーと言い切られる。
作った定員さんに聞いたので分かっているはずなのですが、、
サーバーが同じなのか?右と左を間違えるならまだしも混ざっているから驚き。
ハイボールとレモンサワーなので、混ざっていても飲めなくもないがもちろん美味しくない。
確認をとるためもう一度レモンサワーを頼んで並べてみるとやはり色からして明らかに違う飲み物。
お料理は味の割に価格は高い。
清潔感は無し。
口コミをちゃんと見てから入店するべきでした。
この接客で許しているお店もお店ですが、最低限の接客は学んでほしいですね。
あまりに酷いので初めての口コミです笑
もちろん今後再訪はありません。

The price of food is high for its taste.
There is no sense of cleanliness.
I should have read the word of mouth before entering the store.
The shops that allow this customer service are also shops, but I would like you to learn the minimum customer service.

海鮮系に加えて肉料理も増えてメニューも色々変わったそうです
阪急東中通り商店街にあるお店。
インスタでバズってたので居酒屋女子会メンバーで
早めの時間に訪れました
お目当ては痛風鍋(笑)
でも色々一気に注文しすぎて
提供が早いのでテーブルがテンヤワンヤに…
アルコールは3杯だけ。

七味も醤油も空っぽのが置いてある。
店員さんの愛想もいまいち。
頼んでもないものを頼みましたやんみたいな感じで持ってくる。
すいませんもない。

ここまでなのにコスパは悪い。
もう行かないですねー。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はカマの塩焼きや煮付け等、海鮮を中心に、その日に入荷したと思われる食材を使い、工夫を凝らしたメニューが見られる良い店だったが・・・久しぶりに行くと、そういったメニューは全て無くなり、無難だがつまらない店になってしまっていた。この5年ほど良く行かせてもらっていたが、残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended to eat here by a friend........the place is very busy on a Friday evening. When I arrived, the waitress tried to turn me away, either because I'm a foreigner or I'm by myself, or both......I politely told the waitress I didn't mind waiting in Japanese, so she reluctantly left me alone. Another group of 3 foreigners were turned away afterwards because "it was busy", but then 5 Japanese locals came shortly after and they were eventually seated.
Ordered a seafood rice bowl and deep fried chicken karage, the order took about 20 minutes to be served, again because it was allegedly very busy......but the sashimi was lukewarm and the fried chicken was stale, which to me suggests that the food was made but left in the kitchen for a while before serving.
Disappointing and will not be back.
