チ	チャリコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しらすを天日干しして加工・直販もしているひたちなか市那珂湊にある水産工場です。名前が米留商店と言うだけあって、半分は工場、半分は個人経営のお店といった佇まいです。場所は那珂川の河口のすぐそば、海のすぐそばでもあり、海門橋の真下に程近い場所で天気の良い日に畳くらいの大きさの台にしらすを平たく乗せて干しています。１尾１尾は非常に小さなしらすですから全部で何万尾なのか想像もつきませんが、日光に照らされてキラキラと白く(いえ、銀色かな？)輝いて見えて、いかにも美味しそうですよ。私もいくつか購入したのですが数年前の事でして、値段は忘れてしまいました… 確か1000円だったような気がします。 (不確かな情報ですみません) m(._.)m 汗最初は自分の分を購入して食べてみたら本当に美味しかったので、後日また行って友人や知人へのお土産として買ってきました。ちょっと見ると外気に晒されているので、衛生的にどうかな…？とも思えますが、天然の塩なども同じように作られていますし、特に問題ないと踏んでみた訳です。太陽の光を浴びさせるとアミノ酸が… えーと… グルメ漫画の美味しんぼの受け売りだから良く覚えていません！笑でも美味しくなる成分ができるらしいですよ、たぶん。量はけっこうあったのでお得だと思いました。お勧めします。 (o^∀^o) It is a fishery factory located in Nakaminato, Hitachinaka City, which also processes and sells shirasu in the sun.
