★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かの有名な幕張メッセ、マリンスタジアムのある駅です。
イベントが開催されている時は、駅がかなり混雑します?人だらけ。
その他、アウトレットパークもあります。
駅構内改札内にはKALDI、コンビニ、飲食店、改札外にはペリエがあり、ある程度の食材は揃います。新鮮な野菜が売っていたり、プチ成城石井、パン屋、おにぎり屋の権兵衛、さぼてん他。
スタバも2018年夏頃に出来て快適になりました。美味しいコーヒーが飲めるので☕??オフィス街であり、高校や大学の多い学生の街でもあり、かなり賑わっています。現在コロナ渦の割には人も多いです。
