★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応酷すぎる。ため口はまだいいかもしれないけど、何も分からないやつが電話に出る。業務にPCは使わないのか？「ピアノのある場所はどこですか」「地理に詳しくなくて」だのなんだの、挙げ句料金まで二転三転、話の中では税込と税別がグチャグチャで何を言ってるのか意味不明。信用ゼロ。
