★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月、神楽坂にオープンしたばかりの白コッペパン専門店。カスタードクリームのコッペパンを食べましたが、カスタードの卵がとても濃厚でまるでプリンのように味わい深く、甘さも絶妙でとても美味しかったです。パン自体もふわふわもっちりでほんのり甘みも。食パンも販売しているようなので次回は食パンも食べてみたい。
 A white koppe-pan specialty store that just opened in Kagurazaka last month. I ate custard cream koppe-pan, but the custard eggs were very rich and tasty like pudding, and the sweetness was exquisite and very delicious. The bread itself is fluffy and has a slight sweetness. It seems that they also sell bread, so I would like to try it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいパンの店が多い神楽坂に、果敢にも【手焼き煎餅】の店が挑戦して立ち上げた、その名も「地蔵屋 パン部」。店の外観からして煎餅屋であり、手焼きで煎餅のようにパンを焼いているわけでも、片手間でやってる部活きどりの販売コーナーでもない。「パン部」の醍醐味は「作りたての本格的なパン製品」を取り扱っている点にある。狭いカウンターながら生食パンやマリトッツォなど流行にも敏感に対応している。惣菜パンもり、あんこ・クリーム・フルーツなどを加えたバリエーションの豊富さには驚かされる。ランチパン、３時のおやつパン、自分へのご褒美スイーツパンなど、地元ユーザーも少なくない。店先で定点観測するに煎餅（土産物）よりパン部（生活食料品）の客が多いと見受ける。本職の影響力に頼ることなく、「部」の一字がとれて独立展開する未来を容易に想像できる。いまはまだお地蔵さんのようにひっそり隠れた神楽坂の「街パン屋」。
