Because of its long fermenting hours, maltose and honey make the bread a little bit sweet and unique texture. It's soft, chewy, melting and addictive. :))

We ordered their croissant along with other nice stuffs. We really loved it, especially their croissant, it’s the best I had eaten in Tokyo so far. It reminded me some of the best croissants I had in Montreal. We went to nearby park to eat and went back again to buy more croissant. Would definitely revisit again.
