★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が悪い。湿布だけ欲しかったので、お願いしたら、今度から薬の欄に丸を付けて診察券に付箋つけて書いて出してと言われた❗️あんたの仕事なくなるだろう～しかも、午後から人いないのに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マッサージで腰が痛くなり行きましたが、骨に異常はない、今肩や腰が痛くなる風邪が流行ってるから風邪じゃないか、と言われました。マッサージで痛くなったと言ってるのに風邪が原因なわけないでしょ。本当にやぶ医者です。

自身の診断に自信がないのか？
事務スタッフの接遇が出来ていない。
社会人として如何なものか？
現役世代の患者の多くは憤慨して帰る。
↑なぜだろう？(見当はつくが)
患者は、ほぼほぼ後期高齢者のみ。
リハビリ？機械のみっぽいが。

怪我をしたので、久し振りに通院しようとしたら低評価のオンパレード。ちょっと不安になって行きましたが、相変わらず先生は気さくでテキパキして、親切かつ明瞭に診断結果と治療方法を教えてくれました
スタッフの方も全員親切で安心。
かつ、コロナの影響か時間帯か、普段は殺到している老人たちがいなくてスムーズに会計まで終えることが出来ました。
また何か有ったら、ここに掛かろうと思います。
低評価を付けている人たちは、混んでるのが嫌であえて評判を落とそうとしているのかな？でもお陰で以前より空いていて助かりました。

If there is something else, I will go here.
Do people with low ratings hate being crowded and dare to lose their reputation? But thanks to that, I was saved because it was more vacant than before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の際に混んでるから1時間くらい待ちますと言われ、40分経過したところでレントゲン撮影、診察までさらに1時間お待ちください、はぁ？なら最初から相当待たされるって言えよ。そしたら違う病院行けたわ！いつも意味なく待たされる。暇な人は行けばいいんじゃない？私はもう行きません
訂正、レントゲン撮ってから1時間経っても一向に診てもらえません。ここは本当にマジで絶対にオススメしません。

Even one hour after taking the correction and X-ray, I can't see you at all. I really don't recommend it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不在着信があったがせめて何の要件か留守電くらい入れてほしいです。一般常識が無いのでしょうね。臨時休診ばかりなので行くのを辞めようと思ってます。受付は当たり外れが多くとても横柄で態度の悪い人に当たると心が疲弊してしまいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに受付の人によっては、もう少し口調を柔らかくすればいいのに〜と思う方もいます。でも先生は的確に診断してくれるし、気さくな感じです。確かに初めて受診して、対応も悪くて混んでいる時は低評価になるのもしょうがないのかな。
