★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 団地のすぐ近くにあり、気軽にハイキングを楽しめていいです。舗装路のある辺りは近所の方が犬の散歩をしていたりしますが、奥の方まで登れば人気も生活音もなく、山の中気分が味わえます。何ヶ所かあずま屋があり、腰掛けて休めるようになっているのも助かります。
ただし、ルートによっては大変な急勾配があったり、足元の悪いところもあるので、服装や靴は気をつけた方がいいでしょう。また、夏場は蚊や蜂などの虫、蛇にも注意が必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレイルランニングで利用しています。色んなコースがあるので気分によって楽しめます。となりは青葉の森緑地ですね。そちらも整備されていて軽いトレッキングとして楽しめます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アブが居るので殺虫剤はあったほうが良いかも。虫除けでは効かなかったので。１キロくらいアブに追いかけられた(笑)
送水管横の階段は見たことないくらいの傾斜。なかなかのハード階段でした。
