The quality of the cafe is so common that I ordered a sandwich this time, but I felt that it was more petchanko than the menu and had less ingredients. It can be slightly tricky to find the cafe when you come up the escalators, but there isn't much else on the floor so you'll find it. Seating has never been an issue for me, and I've always been able to get a chair by the window when I've come. The music can be a bit hit-or-miss with... niche... US hits ruining the ambiance
