L	LILY Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的にまぁまぁな印象。店内は落ち着いていて人も少なくリラックス出来るけど、店内の構造上店員さんの目配りが難しいのか、こちらから合図をしないと来てもらえません。ハンバーグは美味しかったけどここでないとダメな味ってほどではない。和栗のモンブランが人気なようなのでオーダーしましたが残念。メレンゲのサクッと感と分厚さ、生クリームのふわっと感も素晴らしいけど、メレンゲの甘さが栗のクリーム部分より勝ってしまっていて、栗の味が全く感じられず推しのケーキとしては納得出来なかった。（セットだからまだいいけど単品で頼んでたらかなり不満なレベル…）店員さんがおどおどしてるので諦めて怒ってはいないけど、紅茶に付けたミルクは来ないまま。高めの値段設定の割にはいろいろと満足感が低めでした。店長さん？がスタッフの店員さんに店内レイアウトの指示をしてて、かなり大きめな声で「外からどう見えるか」にこだわっていたようだけど店内のお客さんへの対応とその方の声がどれだけお客さんを不快にさせてるかを先に考えた方がいいのでは？と感じた。スタッフの店員さんにその態度ではお客さんへの気配りは難しいでしょう。だから店員さんもおどおどした接客になってしまうのかなと。 Impressive impression overall.
