トレイを取り、好みの天ぷらやおむすびなどお皿に入れ最後にうどんを注文します。うどんの種類もたくさんあり迷いましたが、初めてのお店でしたのでかけうどんの並を頂きました。
並でも結構ボリュームあります。
とにかくお出汁がとてもおいしく、うどんの硬さもちょうど良い。
なにより天ぷらのごぼう天のボリュームがすごい！
縦切りされていて噛みごたえもあり、ごぼう天好きとしては感動！また食べたいです。
広島菜のおむすびも気に入りました！
店内も清潔感があり、席にパーテーションなど配慮もされていてまた利用したいと思います。

I visited after 11:00 on weekdays.

Anyway, the soup stock is very delicious and the hardness of the udon is just right.
Above all, the volume of tempura burdock heaven is amazing!
It is cut vertically and has a chewy texture, which is impressive for a burdock lover! I want to eat again.
I also like the rice balls of Hiroshima greens!
The inside of the store is also clean, and the seats are given consideration such as partitions, so I would like to use it again.

美味しいです。
セルフサービスでうどんも種類が多くうどんの量も決めれます。天ぷらもおにぎりも美味しいです☺️

背脂がうまくマッチしており、おつゆをついついたくさん飲んでしまいました。
揚げ物類も美味しかったです。
近くに来たらまた寄りたいと思えるお店でした。
