この薬局の2階にある小児科、内科を利用していますが、 そこでの診察の待ち時間よりも
薬局で待つ時間の方が長い事が多いです。
なにか都合があったのか知りませんが、ひどい時には、薬局内には私しかいないのに約30分も待った事がありました。
いつも通りの薬の処方なのですが。。
他にも待ち時間が長いので待っている間に ぞくぞくとお子さんや高齢の方が増えてきて病院内でなく薬局内で菌を移し合い感染しそうです。
薬剤師さんも、なんだか頼りないですし
質問しても曖昧な感じでした。
前までおられた方は何名か居なくなったのか、
たまたま見かけないのか分かりませんが
最近はがらりと薬剤師さんが変わったイメージです。
薬局を変えるか、処方箋だけ出し時間をあけてまた取りに行くか、次回からそうしようと思います。
