他に誰もいないのに、呼んでも来ない。立て込んでいて、すみませんというが、
客はほかにいないし、バイトは話し込んでいる会話が席まで聞こえます。
呼ぶたびにちがう人がきます。
そんなバイトの数いる？
何回呼んでもこない、立って歩いて注文しに行くを繰り返しました。
何回も、それをくりかえすので、店長よんで！とまでいいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性店員の方は 対応が良かったのですが 女性店員の態度が悪いです。ソフトドリンクも最初に氷無しでとお願いしたいたのに 氷入りを持ってくる。牛スジ煮込みは 注文するたびにネギが入っていたり全く入っていなかったり。どうなっているのか、その都度聞くと謝るのみで商品を交換しない。謝りかたも、雑。スタッフ教育に期待します

しかし他のお客さんもいなくてほぼ貸し切りの時に
・追加の注文を持って来た時に空いた皿を手前に出しておいても下げない。1、2皿ではありません。
・厨房の入口付近が見える席だったのですがしゃがみ込んでお喋り。
・そのわりに注文した物はなかなか来ない。漏れもある。
あまりにも酷すぎてしばらく行くつもりはないです。
たかがアルバイトと言えばそうですが、客からしたら正社員もアルバイトも関係ありません。ましてや接客業であれば最低限の教育はしておいてもらいたい。
せっかく良いお店なのにもったいない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まんえん防止が出される前に、子供の誕生日祝いで利用させてもらっていました。駆け込みで多いかなと思いましたが、意外とお客さんが少なくて、それでか注文から配膳までがスピーディーでしっかり食事ができました。可部界隈には他にも焼き肉屋さんがありますが、お隣との仕切りに不安があったので、電話予約の時に確認し、半間仕切りされているとのことだったことが利用させてもらった理由のひとつです。ただ、テーブルで良いですか？と予約の時に聞かれ、そこしか空いてないなら仕方ないなぁと思ったら掘りの座敷が余裕で空いていて、換気のための冷たい空気が足元をずっと通っていて寒い思いをしたのが唯一の残念ポイントです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族3人で利用させてもらいました。食べ放題で値段を気にせず食べまくりたい人には良いと思います。体温を測ったりといったコロナ対策もしっかりしてました。店員さんは親切でフレンドリーな感じで、他のお客さんとの距離を空けて欲しいとの要望にも応えてもらえました。
