とっても軽くなって 痛みが消えました。
後日 水素吸入もしましたが、顔の色艶もよくなり 喉の痛みやつっかえる感じもとれました。
次は音響ベッドも体験したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kアミに通い始めてもう何年になるでしょうか。調子の悪い部分だけを治してもらうつもりで通い始めましたが、自分の身体がそれまでどれ程無理をしてきたのかを思い知らされました。痛みをなくすだけでなく、身体を正常な状態に整える。それを目的に通っています。
近頃は悩まされ続けた首・肩の凝りも和らいで、偏頭痛に顔をしかめることもほとんどなくなりました。そういった自分の身体の変化を楽しみながら通っています。
毎回、私の体調に合わせて先生の技が変化するのも楽しみの一つです。これからも末永くお世話になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお世話になっております。歩き方が変で、ウォーキングレッスンに通ったことや、腰痛が酷くて病院にも長く通っていましたが、、何だかいつもその場しのぎでした。先生の施術で少しずつ改善がみられ、今でもお世話になっています。導入されている水素では、体が温もるのを感じたり、音響ベッドでは、私のメンタルが強くなっていっていると感じています。自分の体と心と相談しながら、先生ともしっかり相談しながら、また院長にも癒されながら通えるサロンです?(*´ω｀*)長く続けて頂かなくては困ってしまう(笑)私の癒しの場所です?
