★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欠陥商品を購入しました。メーカーに問い合わせると欠陥を認めていて、保証期間内であるのに「修理はできません。返品もできません。」との強気な対応でした。
販売店のケーズデンキ小千谷店からもメーカーに問い合わせて頂きましたが、同様の対応だったようです。しかし、お店として返品に応じてくれました。
親身になって対応してくれた店員さん、及び店長に感謝！

 I purchased a defective product. When I contacted the manufacturer, I acknowledged the defect, and it was within the warranty period, but it was a bullish response saying "I can not repair it. I can not return it."
K's Denki Ojiya, a dealer, also contacted the manufacturer, but it seems to have been the same. However, the store responded to the return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パソコン見てたら店員が話掛けて来たんで、セキュリティソフトの話を聞こうと質問したりしたけど、色々分かりやすくは話すけど、何か人を小馬鹿にしてるような気がした。上から目線でちょっと不愉快だった。長野のJoshin行った時は結構親切に教えてくれたけど、此処はダメだな。
地元だから来たけど、あんな態度されたら行かんわな。

お店のせいでなくメーカーのラインナップが減っているのが原因なんでしょうが、さみしく見えました。
その代わり家電以外の生活用品なんかが置いてあって店内を見てるのは楽しいです。
