★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビの件で分からないことがあり来店したのですが丁寧に教えていただき感謝です?足利の違う家電量販店に同じ質問をした際に知識がないのか曖昧な説明でしかも態度のでかい対応でイラつきました?前に対応してくれた人は良かったのに！それに比べてヤマダ電機さんは完璧、親切な対応で逆に恐縮してしまいました。今度からヤマダ電機さんをメインで家電購入をしようと思いました。
 I came to the store because I didn't understand about TV, but I'm grateful to you for telling me carefully ? When I asked the same question to a consumer electronics mass retailer with different Ashikaga, it was a vague explanation and I was irritated by a big attitude I got it ? I'm glad the person who responded before! On the contrary, Yamada Denki was very sorry for his perfect and kind response. From now on, I decided to buy home appliances mainly from Yamada Denki.

その場で付けさせてもらったのですが、装着後指紋認証が上手くいかなかず困っていたところ店長さん含めその場の近くにいた方が協力をして下さいました。
ご丁寧な対応でこちらも心強く、大変嬉しく思いました。
素敵な店員さん方で感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
When I came to Ashikaga from Saitama, I bought a glass cover for my smartphone.
I was allowed to attach it on the spot, but when I was having trouble with fingerprint authentication after mounting it, people who were near the place, including the store manager, cooperated.
I was very pleased with the polite response, which was also encouraging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広い店内で、品揃えも良いです。その反面、どこに何が売ってるのかが分かりにくかったりもします。
駐車場も広く、大通りに面してない方角からなら入りやすいです。
トイレもきれいで使いやすいです。
The store is large and the product lineup is good. On the other hand, it can be difficult to understand where and what is sold.
The parking lot is large and it is easy to enter from the direction that does not face the main street.
The toilet is clean and easy to use.
