k	kayo k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネット不調でカスタマーに問い合わせ光回線は送受信出来ているのでルーターが故障とのことで新しくルーター購入して設定したが繋がらず、末端装置に有線接続したがダメだった。原因は末端装置のLANポートの故障。15年続けてeo光使ってきたが末端装置の故障するなら10年位でメンテとか交換してもらいたいと思う。役立たないプレミア厶チケット11枚貯まっていたが解約する事にした。解約手続きは電話でしかできないらしいので電話した。早口でマニュアル道理の応対で聞き取れないので娘に交代してもらいました。宅内ケーブル残しは無料で電線からくるケーブル全部撤去には11000円かかるとの事でした。全撤去にプレミアムチケット使わして欲しいです。オペレーターは解約手続き受け付けましたで終わりましたが、最後に長い間ご利用ありがとうございました位の一言あっても良い思う。こんな立派な本社ビル建てるくらい儲けてるのにもっとマシな電話番雇って欲しいです。 I contacted the customer because of the internet malfunction.
