新しくて、綺麗でとても良かったです。 部外者エリアにLAWSONもありイートインが有るし、近くの松下IMPビルにはマクドナルドなども有り、昼食時も快適でした。eo光の案内を聞きに行ったときも、丁寧な対応をしてもらえて好印象でした。

最悪な会社 光通信を検討しておりau窓口へ相談。 eo光を紹介され、その場で居住マンションを伝えたところ、回線OKと回答があり、ぜひeo光を契約してくれと営業されたので、料金も安く申込み手続きを進めました。 それに伴い現在使用してるホームルーターの解約手続きも同時進行している中1通のハガキが届きました。 〜お客様の申し込み内容に基づき受付手続きをいたしましたところ、誠に申し訳ございませんが今回のお申し込みについてはお受けできないこととなりました。 つきましては、お申し込みお断りさせていただきますので、何卒ご了承願います。〜 え? 何が理由だろうとサポートダイヤルにかけましたが、たらいまわしにされた挙句、申し込み拒否の具体的な理由は開示できないの1点張り。 開示できない理由って逆になに?! よくよく調べたら他社の回線が入ってるから工事できないとか、対象エリア外とか言ってくれればこちらも納得できるのに、理由を説明してと言っても、「開示できません」これしか言わないってどーゆうこと笑笑 この会社の都合で申込みを拒否したのにハガキ1通だけで済まそうとし、挙句オペレーターも第一声に謝罪もないし、どんな教育してるんだと思いました。 1周まわって残念な会社だなぁ。。

mineoデータSIM利用して大失敗!故障時のコールセンター対応が最悪。知人には絶対推奨できない通信会社。SIMが認識しなくなり問合せフォームで問合せたらコールセンターへ電話しろとの指示。電話したら問合せフォームに入力した故障の状況やその後対処した対応の内容がコールセンターからだと確認ができないとの一点張りで再度同じ説明をしてもらわないと対応できませんと一方的な返答。あまりの対応の悪さに解約を申し出ると手続きするのでこのまま3分間ほど待てと…。いわゆる、解約を申し出た客には時間かけて焦らせて諦めさせようとする悪質な手口と感じました。これまでこんな会社と通信契約していたと思うと情けないですね。

一般企業のビルです。3階にあるLAWSONは社員じゃなくても入れるとの事。 しかし、企業に入ってるコンビニなので、売っているものが一般と違う可能性あり。

インターネット不調でカスタマーに問い合わせ光回線は送受信出来ているのでルーターが故障とのことで新しくルーター購入して設定したが繋がらず、末端装置に有線接続したがダメだった。原因は末端装置のLANポートの故障。15年続けてeo光使ってきたが末端装置の故障するなら10年位でメンテとか交換してもらいたいと思う。役立たないプレミア厶チケット11枚貯まっていたが解約する事にした。 解約手続きは電話でしかできないらしいので電話した。早口でマニュアル道理の応対で聞き取れないので娘に交代してもらいました。 宅内ケーブル残しは無料で電線からくるケーブル全部撤去には11000円かかるとの事でした。全撤去にプレミアムチケット使わして欲しいです。オペレーターは解約手続き受け付けましたで終わりましたが、最後に長い間ご利用ありがとうございました位の一言あっても良い思う。こんな立派な本社ビル建てるくらい儲けてるのにもっとマシな電話番雇って欲しいです。

If I could give negative stars I would. I called to start a contract on June 1st and they told me that although the line was in my apartment, they can only start it on the 14th. The lady talked through the terms and conditions for 25 minutes!! Then on the 15th when I moved into my new home, internet was not working. They told me that my contract actually only begins on the 21st!! A nice man called Suetsugu helped me change the date to 18th but none of the ports were working. Finally on the 19th they told me that there is only one working port. I plugged it in and it wasn’t working. The lady on the phone told me « it’s your router problem, we can send someone in a few days » when I told her I work from home and it’s been 7 days when I was told the contract would start she said « then cancel your contract with us » WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
