全通話録音できるとHPや資料などに表記されていますが、実際には番号などの条件を満たす一部の通話しか録音されませんでした。
それが仕様で改善する予定もないそうです。
その件について、事前に案内や表記、説明などは一切ありません。
契約して実際に導入して初めて分かります。
全通話録音が必要なら解約して他のサービスに変更するしかありませんが、高額な初期費用や機器代は一切返金されません。
