I explained the symptoms by phone in advance, handed a letter of introduction from my family doctor, and said that I could treat it, so I went to the hospital with great thoughts, but I explained the condition from 1 many times. He said that he had to wait a long time and couldn't take any action. The doctor's attitude was also from the very top. I will never go again.

There is a corner where you can get a preliminary interview before going to the first consultation department. This is not due to each department, but is an extension of the general reception to sort out whether it is suitable for the department that the patient wants to see. I don't think the nurses in this corner are very capable. There is a difference in cloudiness even when the clerk is entrusted with the judgment of the department at the reception desk of Hamamatsu University School of Medicine for the first time. If the nurse's self-judgment is not talented, it is just a dictatorship, and there are people who push it through. When I go to the hospital's homepage to introduce the internal medicine department, it says at the time of the first medical examination, "As a general physician, I will deal with a wide range of subjects regardless of specialty, and if necessary, I will hand over the medical care to each specialized department." Even if I went to the internal medicine examination day for that purpose, the nurse in the interview corner told me that it was "respiratory" or "digestive" and it was judged that "the specialty department is closed today". Because it's a day. " Generally, the nurse's judgment is "then respiratory organs". "But the symptomatology is digestive organs." I'm not convinced even if I'm returned to my heart, even though I haven't changed my mind. Then isn't it good for internal medicine from the beginning? Is it useless? I feel that the introduction explanation of internal medicine written on the homepage is meaningless. When I had other pains in my limbs and medical problems at the same time, I first went to the internal medicine department and tried to ask a doctor if the pain in my limbs had anything to do with the internal medicine. It's completely different between internal medicine and orthopedics, which has nothing to do with internal medicine. It's a different thing. " When I said, "Isn't it possible to have diabetes as an example?", He was persistently asked, "Do you think you have diabetes?" But is that in the area that doctors judge? Aside from the findings of a competent nurse. After all, I only had an orthopedic surgery that day, but a blood test showed that it seemed to be the effect of a medical illness. However, as I wrote in the first half of the request to go to internal medicine, "then respiratory organs" "then digestive organs" "but I haven't done it today, so come back on another day" and I'm barren and distrustful. I want you to be a solid person who can be more convinced. By the way, if you bring a letter of introduction, you can skip this annoying corner and go directly to the department you are looking for. The other nurses in the interview corner are not very good at it and can be frustrated at a very slow pace, but the person runs directly to each department and asks, "Can you see this symptom?" As a hospital, the facilities are fully equipped, and it is generally vacant, so there is no waiting time and it is easy. The important doctors vary depending on the department. There are as many individual doctors as there are people. Some are very eccentric, while others are clever, veteran and well-characterized doctors. I feel that part-time doctors have a higher probability of being better. It's just a matter of probability. My impression is that full-time doctors will be able to respond to people who have a habit before they feel angry, and part-time doctors will be more socially acceptable. What are the abilities of other staff? However, because it is a relatively vacant hospital, the overall feeling is laid back and feels good.

The advantage is that you can write without a letter of introduction, but if you have pain, you may think that it is a waste of time to wait at the PMF (preliminary interview) and ask questions. PMF nurses type what the patient says into the server and ask the teacher to see it, but it's faster to rephrase it with your own mouth. When I suffered from surgery, I hesitated to ask, "Would you like to remove the gauze in a busy area?" There are comments about the clinical department, but I think there is no problem if you clearly say "I want to go to the ◯◯ department". However, it's terrible if you don't check in advance whether the department is seeing you. When I wrote about dentistry, I had a "sudden pain", and when I called the dentistry I had suffered so far, I was told "wait for a week". I was happy to welcome you, so I changed to this one. (The same applies when the temporary stuffing is removed) The veteran Mr. K speaks gently and firmly to the elderly, and the young Mr. K is polite and cares about the patient. * I have been a practitioner since the hospital opened, but it seems that the number of patients suddenly increases and I cannot make an appointment.

I went to the otolaryngology department, and the examination was done carefully, and the explanation was very polite and easy to understand. He told me in detail about the harmful effects of the over-the-counter drugs I had been using, and from the 3rd day after I started using the prescription drugs, I couldn't sleep because I had to take over-the-counter nose drops. Has been improved. I hope that if you have this teacher, you will be completely cured.

I went to the gynecology department for the first time, but the receptionist was very responsive, and Mr. Kozue, the gynecologist, was very responsive. I'm also happy to be a female teacher.

I had a medical examination because it hurts. I don't know what's wrong, so I'm going to see a doctor. However, the test is not bad at all, so it is treated as a false illness. The test results don't hurt, though. In the orthopedic surgery, the nurses took turns and laughed at me, which made me very uncomfortable. Pay with a painkiller suppository without searching for the cause of the pain. Is it so funny that I was laughing behind the scenes? Dr. Takeshi Usui, Vice President of Orthopedics. Neither Dr. nor a nurse can be considered a medical person. I won't go anymore. Eventually, at a later date, I had an emergency operation at another hospital.

Dr. Ide, General Internal Medicine, has been indebted to me for medical examinations and treatments for nearly 10 years. The teacher is polite and kind, and he also listens to the patient. This is one reason why we choose this hospital among many hospitals. I am grateful and grateful to the teacher.
