E	E I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4回利用した感想です。担当者と店の混み具合により仕上がりや対応の差が大きいです。初回と4回目は手慣れた担当者で満足いく仕上がりでした。 2回目3回目は正直ひどかったです。 2回目はカラー剤が顔にべったり付いたままにも関わらずその事については一言も触れず、帰宅時に気づいて驚きました。もしあの後出かける予定があったらかなり恥ずかしい思いをしたと思います。 3回目はトリートメントと前髪カットだけで2時間かかりました。担当者はカウンセリングもほぼなく忙しなく行ったり来たり、トリートメント後のドライヤーも濡れ髪のまま長く放置され、慌てて帰ってきてくれたは良いのですが前髪も急いで切ったのか調節もできないぐらいバッサリ切られてキツかったです。スタッフに集中して対応させられない店側の体制にも問題があるのかもしれませんが、本来なら一度でも上に書いたような対応をされれば次も行こうとは思わないと思うので、今後改善される事を祈ります。スタッフさんの対応は基本良いお店です。 It is an impression that I used it 4 times.
