It's cheap, its often loud, and there are many Chinese college kids making minimum wage serving you, which means they treat you more like a friend than a customer. It's a nice break from the very-polite-but-from-10-meters-away approach to be found in the more touristy areas of Japan. Food is scary, but very cheap (hence -1 star). Drinks are awesome and very cheap. All in all, I kind of love this place.
