I	I Fぅ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北新地「凡」の姉妹店と聞き、予約をし、楽しみにしてお伺いしました。凡コースをお願いしました。 1本目も何本目も関係なく、揚がったものから出てきます。衣もカラッと揚がってなく、味も全体的にボヤけており、期待外れ感が半端なかったです。北新地「凡」と価格も違うので、同じものとまでは望んでおりませんが、せめて衣の揚げ具合位はカラッとさせて欲しかったです。あと、ドリンクや付けダレをカウンターから提供し、こちらが全て受けとるというところもどうかと感じました。(人手不足なのはわかりますが、それぐらいは努力して欲しいなと…) あと、揚げ手の方が満員の店内で串揚げが出てくるのが遅れがちの状態で、客に勧められるビールを飲みながらしゃべってるのにはいい気がしなかったです。(飲むのも仕事だとは思いますがTPO考えて欲しかった) オーダーを聞く女性の声が小さくて聞こえないのも困りました。マイナスばかり書いてしまいましたが、期待の大きさからです。十三でもこれぐらいサービスが行き届いた美味しい串揚げが有るとCM出来るお店になって欲しいです。 I heard it was a sister store of Kitashinchi "Bon", made a reservation, and looked forward to it. I asked for an ordinary course. Regardless of the first or any number, it comes out of the fried one. The clothes were not fried and the taste was totally blurred, and there was no disappointment. The price is different from Kitashinchi "Bon", so I didn't want the same thing, but at least I wanted the clothes to be in a deep-fried position. Also, I felt that there was a place where drinks and sauce were provided from the counter and all of them received them. (I understand that there is a shortage of human resources, but I want you to work harder ...) Also, it was too late for the skewers to come out in a shop full of fried people, so I didn't feel good talking with a beer recommended to customers. (I think drinking is also a job, but I wanted you to think about TPO) It was troublesome that the voice of the woman listening to the order was too small to hear. I wrote only minus, but because of the size of expectations. I want you to be a shop that can do commercials if you have delicious skewers that are well-serviced in this way.
