内陸ではなかなかお見かけせず、生協で塩納豆売ってることも買いに来て聞けました
酒のアテにもご飯のお供にも塩納豆良いと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これこそ本物の納豆だと思います。原材料は国産丸大豆と納豆菌のみ。大抵スーパーで売られている納豆は粘りが弱くネチャネチャしてお箸に乗らないのですが、酒田納豆はガッツリと粘り、ちゃんとお箸で掴めます。製造方法が違うのかもしれません。
I think this is real natto. The only raw materials are domestic whole soybeans and natto bacteria. Most of the natto sold at supermarkets has a weak stickiness and you can't get on chopsticks because it's sticky, but Sakata natto is sticky and you can grab it properly with chopsticks. The manufacturing method may be different.
