★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドレスの形や色味の漠然とした理想を伝えたら理想通りのものを提案してくれました！お店の中もすごく綺麗で清潔感があります。自分で何着かドレスを選びましたが、試着中にスタッフさんが別のドレスを選んで持ってきてくれて、わたしのためにドレスを選んでくれた心遣いやセンスに感動しました！みなさんいつも笑顔で出迎えてくれるので楽しく過ごせて緊張せず思ったことを言えるのでとても安心感があります！

当初借りようとしていたお店でいい衣装が見つからず、結婚式一ヶ月前に急遽JUNOさんにご相談したところ値段にあったいい衣装が見つまりました。時間のない中でしたが素早くご丁寧に対応いただいたので感謝しています。

I couldn't find a good outfit at the shop I was trying to rent at first, so I hurriedly consulted with JUNO one month before the wedding and found a good outfit for the price. I didn't have much time, but I am grateful for the quick and courteous response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新郎新婦共に、自分のお気に入りの衣裳を着る事が出来、とても嬉しかったです。式当日は寒くなりそうな気配でしたが、温かいボレロを用意して下さったり、長いグローブもわざわざ準備して頂いたりと、スタッフのかたの対応、配慮は、当たり前の事なのかもしれませんが、私にとってはとても嬉しく、ありがたく、心温まるものでした。お礼の連絡をさせて頂いた際にも、すぐに おめでとうございます とお返事も下さり、より一層こちらにお願いをして良かったなと強く思いました。

0歳時がいながらの衣装選びやお打ち合わせでありましたが、細かな配慮をいただきながらでスムーズに準備を進めることができました。
ドレス・色打掛ともに参列者の方からもとても好評で、アドバイスのお陰と感謝しております！また、両親の留め袖も綺麗なお柄でありました。
コロナ渦でありましたが、安心してお伺いできたのもとてもありがたかったです。

客と近い仕事ということを分かっているのか？
品物はとてもよかったのに残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウェディングドレスと打掛をジュノウさんで選びました。会場ホテルからの紹介でしたが、子供の頃から、ジュノウさんの前を通る度に飾られたドレスを眺めては、綺麗だなぁ。と憧れていたので、感慨深いものがありました。
たくさん試着させて頂き、悩んでしまい何度も伺いましたが、いつも丁寧に対応して頂き、素敵なドレスと打掛に出会う事が出来ました！
そして、素敵な衣装のお陰で素晴らしい式となりました。ありがとうございました！ジュノウさんにお願いして本当に良かったです！
Mr. Junou chose the wedding dress and Uchikake. It was an introduction from the venue hotel, but since I was a kid, it's beautiful to look at the dress that was displayed every time I passed in front of Mr. Junou. I was longing for it, so I was deeply moved.
I tried on a lot and I was worried and asked many times, but I was always polite and I was able to come across a nice dress and Uchikake!
And thanks to the wonderful costumes, it was a wonderful ceremony. Thank you very much! It was really good to ask Junou-san!
