番号札を引かせて待たせるのですが通路に強引に造った店舗の様で『順番待ちのイス…』すら置いてない最低の店です。
従業員の『いらっしゃいませ…』『お待たせして申し訳ありません…』の声掛けもなく管理職(店長)のレベルも大した事のない証…といえましょう！
?一つすら付けたくありません。
 It is a branch of JTB on the 4th floor of Shibuya Hikarie.
I have to pull the number tag and wait, but it seems to be a store that was forcibly built in the aisle, and it is the worst store that does not even have "chairs waiting in line ...".
It can be said that the level of managers (store managers) is not a big deal without the employees saying "Welcome ..." and "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting ..."!

完全予約制なのか、いつも待ち時間30分以上の張り紙がしてあります。
インターネットJTBのサイトでツアーを予約した方が早いし、同じツアーが半額近くになっている事もあるのでそちらをおすすめします。
